Trisodium citrate dihydrate CAS NO.6132-04-3 is a colorless crystal or white crystalline powder product, odorless, salty and cool. It is stable in the air at room temperature, and loses crystal water when heated to 150°C, and decomposes when it continues to be heated. It is insoluble in ethanol and easily soluble in water.
