Mogroside is the main active ingredient of Momordica grosvenori and has a wide range of biological properties. Among them, mogroside V is a component with high content and high sweetness in Luo Han Guo. Its content is about 1%, and its sweetness is equivalent to 350 times that of sucrose. It is the main sweetness ingredient. Application
