Monoammonium Phosphate(MAP)  is an inorganic compound, chemical formula NH4H2PO4, white crystalline powder, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in acetone, mainly used as wood, fabric, paper fire retardant, can also be used as fertilizer, bread improver, food additives.
