【Standard】

【use】

This product is colorless, flammable, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as benzene, freezing point 0~50℃. Under the catalysis of acid and alkali, it can be polymerized into silicone polymer, which is used to produce silicone oil, silicone rubber, etc.

【Precautions】

Vapors are explosive when mixed with air. Fine dispersions are prone to form explosive mixtures in air, are prone to static buildup and may ignite; avoid possible fire hazards by grounding, paralleling or inert gas protection.

【Packaging, storage and transportation】

1. This product is packaged in 210L plastic-lined iron drum or plastic drum (net weight 190㎏/drum) or 1000L steel-plastic square drum, or according to customer requirements and in compliance with safety regulations;

2. The DMC--Dimethylcyclosiloxane should be fireproof, rainproof, moistureproof, and prevent the infiltration of impurities such as acid and alkali during transportation;

3. It is forbidden to use mechanical equipment and tools that are prone to sparks when operating this product; lightly load and unload during handling to avoid leakage of this product caused by container damage.

4. The temperature of the storage site of the DMC--Dimethylcyclosiloxane should be between 20°C and 40°C. When the temperature is lower than 17°C, heat preservation and antifreeze work should be done.
