Extract 15-20 grams of chemical fertilizer sample, prepare a piece of charcoal that burns very vigorously and red (no open flame is allowed), put the sample directly on the red-burning charcoal block, and observe the reaction phenomenon to identify the type of chemical fertilizer: as soon as it touches charcoal red, It is urea that smokes and melts immediately; it burns violently, and then a star bursts out, and it smells of nitrogen, it is ammonium nitrate; there is no burning phenomenon, but it smells of ammonia, it is ammonium sulfate; there is a cracking sound, but there is no smell of ammonia It smells like potassium chloride; it can burn, and it turns yellow flame when it burns, it is sodium nitrate; it can burn, it turns purple flame when it burns, it is potassium nitrate; it can burn slowly and leave a white slag after burning, it is nitric acid Sea bass; the burning is very slow, the smell of chicken feathers is dissipated, and the black slag remains, it is bone meal. If any of the above reaction phenomena does not occur, it is a fake chemical fertilizer.

3. Identify real and fake compound fertilizers. Take a pinch of compound fertilizer and place it on a piece of frosted glass and observe it under 100-watt incandescent electric light. The fertilizer granules are shiny, and when the fertilizer granules are crushed, the lens is full of refraction, which is a real compound fertilizer. The color of the fertilizer grains is dull, not shiny, gray-white on the outside, variegated on the inside, without refraction, and it is fake fertilizer. Put the sample into clean water, the real compound fertilizer can be dissolved. Insoluble, is fake fertilizer.
