side effect
1. It mainly affects the cochlear nerve, causing high-frequency hearing loss in patients. Later, hearing loss gradually develops into tinnitus, ear fullness, deafness, unstable walking, and dizziness.
2. Proteinuria, tubular urine, hematuria, decreased urination frequency, decreased or increased urine output can occur, leading to azotemia, decreased renal function, increased potassium excretion, and other renal toxic reactions such as loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and extreme thirst.
