Emamectin Benzoate (full name: Avermectin Benzoate), white or pale yellow crystalline powder, soluble in acetone and methanol, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in hexane. It is a new type of high-efficiency semi-synthetic antibiotic insecticide synthesized from the fermented product Abamectin B1. It has the characteristics of ultra-high efficiency, low toxicity (preparation is nearly non-toxic), low residue, and no pollution. It is widely used in the control of various pests on vegetables, fruit trees, cotton and other crops.
Name: Emamectin Benzoate
Molecular formula: C49H75NO13C7H6O2
Molecular weight: 1008.24
CAS number: 155569-91-8; 137512-74-4
Mechanism
Emamectin Benzoate can enhance the effect of nerves such as glutamate and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), so that a large amount of chloride ions enter nerve cells, causing loss of cell function and disrupting nerve conduction. Reversed paralysis, with maximum lethality within 3-4 days. Because it is tightly bound to the soil, does not leaching, and does not accumulate in the environment, it can be transferred through the movement of Translaminar, and is easily absorbed by the crop and penetrates into the epidermis, so that the applied crop has a long-term residual effect, and a second appearance occurs after more than 10 days. It is a peak of insecticidal lethality, and it is rarely affected by environmental factors such as wind and rain.
pest control
Emamectin Benzoate has unparalleled activity against many pests, especially for Lepidoptera and Diptera. Spodoptera frugiperda, Spodoptera frugiperda, Spodoptera frugiperda, Cabbage Spodoptera, Cabbage White Butterfly, Cabbage Borer, Cabbage Beetle, Tomato Hornworm, Potato Beetle, Mexican Ladybug, etc. and Diptera).
