Dear Customer: Hello! Thank you for your continued support for our company. The National Day is coming. In order to allow our employees to enjoy this important holiday, we will make the following adju...
Avermectin is a class of 16 membered macrolide compounds with insecticidal, acaricidal and nematicidal activities, which was first developed by Nishimura, Nishimura, and Merck of the United States. It is produced by fermentation of Streptomyces avermitilis.
The appearance of abamectin is light yellow to white crystalline powder, tasteless. m. P.155 ~ 157 ℃, vapor pressure 2 × 10 ^ - 7Pa, relative density 1.16 (21 ℃). Solubility at 21 ℃: toluene 350g/L, acetone 100g/L, isopropanol 70g/L, chloroform 25g/L, ethanol 20g/L, methanol 19.5g/L, cyclohexane 6g/L, kerosene 0.5g/L, water 10 μ g/L。 Distribution coefficient 9.9 × 10^3。 It is stable under normal conditions, and will not hydrolyze at pH 5~9.
Function characteristics
Avermectin has stomach toxicity and contact killing effect on mites and insects, and cannot kill eggs. The mechanism of action is different from that of common pesticides, which is to interfere with neurophysiological activities and stimulate release γ- Aminobutyric acid, and aminobutyric acid can inhibit the nerve conduction of arthropods. Adults, nymphs and larvae of mites will appear paralysis symptoms after contacting with abamectin, and will not move or feed, and will die after 2-4 days. Avermectin has a slow lethal effect because it does not cause rapid dehydration of insects. Although abamectin has a direct contact killing effect on predatory insects and parasitic natural enemies, it has little damage to beneficial insects due to less residue on the plant surface. Avermectin will not move when adsorbed by the soil in the soil, and will be decomposed by microorganisms, so it has no cumulative effect in the environment and can be used as a component of comprehensive control. It is easy to prepare, and the preparation can be used after being poured into water and stirred slightly, which is also safe for crops
