Currently, there are five common types of insect repellents used in pig farms
01 Mic compounds
Synthetic contact topical insecticides, represented by metformin, mainly repel surface parasites and are short-acting products.
02 Organic phosphate esters

03 Macrocyclic lactones

04 imidazolothiazoles
There are levamisole and thiamidazole, with levamisole being the most widely used. Currently, due to its narrow safety range, it only eliminates internal parasites and is rarely used in pig farms.
05 Benzimidazoles
Low toxicity insect repellents, the most widely used are albendazole and fenbendazole, which have poor efficacy in killing external parasites and are mostly mixed with ingredients.
