(1) Choline receptor agonists
1. M and N receptor agonists (carbachol): Local eye drops for the treatment of glaucoma
2. M-receptor agonist (pilocarpine): selectively activates the M-choline receptor in the pupil sphincter, constricts the pupils, reduces intraocular pressure, and regulates spasms (clear near and blurred far objects)
3. N-receptor agonists (nicotine)
(2) Anticholinesterase drugs (neostigmine)
Used for myasthenia gravis and intestinal paralysis after abdominal surgery
(3) Adrenergic receptor agonists
one α Receptor agonist
(1) α 1 α 2-receptor agonist (norepinephrine): Emergency medication used for shock and acute hypotension caused by insufficient blood volume
(2) α 1 receptor agonist (norepinephrine): used to constrict blood vessels and increase hypertension, for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Fast and short acting dilater.
(3) α 2-receptor agonist (clonidine): an antihypertensive drug that is also used for opioid detoxification.
two α、β Receptor agonist (adrenaline): used for the rescue of cardiac arrest or allergic shock, as well as the treatment of allergic diseases (bronchial asthma, urticaria).
three β Receptor agonist
(1) β 1 β 2-receptor agonist (isoproterenol): mainly used for the treatment of bronchial asthma and arrhythmia.
(2) β 1 receptor agonist (dobutamine): used in heart failure patients with low cardiac output and slow heart rate.
(3) β 2-receptor agonist (salbutamol): used in asthma to relax bronchial smooth muscle.
