Flunisin meglumine is a non steroidal, non anesthetic antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti endotoxin drug that primarily exerts antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic effects by inhibiting cyclooxygenase in the arachidonic acid reaction chain and reducing the production of inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and thromboxanes. This product is widely distributed in animals and is prone to accumulate in inflamed areas. After intravenous injection, intramuscular injection, and oral administration, the absorption is rapid, the peak time is short, the blood drug peak concentration is high, the bioavailability is high, and the elimination half-life is long. The main drug is excreted through feces and urine.
usage and dosage
Cattle and sheep intramuscular injection is calculated based on flunicin, with a dose of 1.1-2.2mg/kg body weight (2-4ml of this product injected every 100kg body weight), once a day, for 3-5 consecutive days.
